How to activate your Loxone Cloud Services!
You can activate your Cloud Services as soon as you've bought them in the online shop. The license key will be sent to you straight away. Tip: Have the serial number of your Miniserver to hand as you'll need it to activate the Loxone Service.

Enter the serial number of your Miniserver
If you haven't already registered your Miniserver, you'll need to enter its serial number.

Enter the license key
After you've entered the serial number, the option will appear to "Add Service". Click on "Add Service" and enter the license key for the Loxone Service (the license key is sent to you immediately after purchase in the Loxone online shop).

Activate Cloud Service
Finally click "Add". Your service is now registered and will be listed under your Miniserver.

Add a Cloud Service to an available Miniserver
You can add a Cloud Service to an available Miniserver by going to the "Registered Products" list, clicking on "Add Service", and entering the license number for that service.
